Questions bar owners ask.
Which POS systems work?
Any POS that can export a sales or product mix report as a spreadsheet, including Toast, Square and Clover. You don't need a POS at all: counts, invoices, usage and reports work on their own, and sales sync adds sales-based variance on top.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. The iPhone app is in App Store review now and will be listed here as soon as it's approved. Until then, the web app works on any phone, tablet or computer.
Does it work on Android?
Bar Ledger has an iPhone app and works in any web browser, so Android users can use the web app.
Can I bring my current inventory sheet?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet with your products, categories and pars, and even your last count.
How many staff can I add?
As many as you need, each with their own access level.
What happens after the trial?
You'll be asked to subscribe at $49 a month for each bar. Cancel anytime.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Your data is stored in the cloud so your phone and the web stay in sync, and you can delete your account and its data at any time.
